A Personal Mission Born From Family

Sunset Farm Senior Care was born from a deeply personal experience. Caring for my own family allowed me to see firsthand the challenges that older adults and their families face — especially when memory loss, declining independence, and the growing need for care become part of everyday life.

Over time, I realized that my family’s experience was far from unique. Friends, caregivers, and families throughout our community were facing many of the same challenges — trying to keep the people they love safe, connected, respected, and surrounded by meaningful experiences.

That experience became the heart of Sunset Farm Senior Care.
